Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 business days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • Items must have original tags attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with SKU label
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

The return window begins the day tracking shows the order as delivered.

For split shipments, the return window begins once the final package has been delivered.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates / Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear

These items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • If an item is returned without meeting return requirements, it may be declined and or be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Undeliverable or Refused Orders:

If an order is refused, returned to sender, or marked undeliverable for any reason (including delivery refusal, incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or personal circumstances), the order is considered fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund or credit.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
  • You will receive an email confirming your return status.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.


Order Cancellations

Due to fast order processing, orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout.

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
