Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • holidays
  • sales events
  • high order volume periods

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding major holidays.


Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping (United States) — Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

International Shipping — We ship to select USD-based countries including El Salvador, Panama, Ecuador, Timor-Leste, British Virgin Islands, Turks & Caicos Islands, Caribbean Netherlands, and Zimbabwe. Standard International: 5–10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on destination country, carrier delays, and seasonal demand. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select USD-based countries. We do not ship to the European Union or other international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.


Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages.

If this occurs, each package will receive its own tracking number.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Veloura Lane is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Veloura Lane is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you believe your package was stolen or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet shipping timelines, Veloura Lane is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs
  • holidays
  • other unforeseen circumstances
